Ms.Barretta has been a successful executive and leader in Fortune 500 businesses and Big Four consulting firms for over twenty-five years. She has built large organizations, from the ground up, that were able to accomplish goals that other organizations had repeatedly attempted yet failed. She has developed transcendental abilities in reading and shaping the power of group energy and consciousness.
Several years ago, Ms. Barretta became intrigued with understanding the science behind her theories of consciousness and with determining if business research backed them up. She spent years studying the research and corroborating it in her business experiences. She now believes it’s time to spread the knowledge about the power of consciousness, so she formed the Nura Group, which represents the culmination of her research and experiences, through its written publications, public forums, business consulting, and leadership training.
Ms. Barretta is the former senior vice president and chief information officer for Con‑way Inc., a $5 billion Fortune 500 transportation and logistics company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a master’s degree in organizational communication from Marylhurst University. She has served on the advisory boards of Hewlett Packard, Teradata, and CXO Media’s CIO Executive Council.
